Public transportation is a few blocks away: Take the #5 bus to the Airport, Isla Verde, Punta las Marias, Ocean Park, the hip Calle Loiza neighborhood, the Santurce Arts District (La Placita/Plaza del Mercado, Museums, Fine Arts Center, Calle Cerra Nightlife and Conservatory of Music), Miramar Historic District and on to Old San Juan.
The #53 bus also goes to the Airport, Isla Verde, Punta las Marias, Ocean Park, the hip Calle Loiza neighborhood and then continues to the Condado tourist area, Convention Center, T-Mobil District and on to Old San Juan.

The apartment has its own electric meter. Water is included in HOA. Apartment is wired for cable (Liberty) but is currently not connected.
